Meeting Information

Western New York is home to over 20 meetings a week, with meetings every single day, seven days a week. Our meeting list includes meetings in the Buffalo Niagara region as well as right across the border in Canada.

Closed meetings are for individuals who have a desire to stop eating compulsively. To protect the anonymity of members and to create the safest environment for newcomers, we ask that only individuals who have a desire to stop eating compulsively attend closed meetings.

Open meetings are for those who have a desire to stop eating compulsively. At open meetings we also welcome individuals who are interested in supporting friends or family members, health care professionals or students, or anyone interested in finding out more about OA.
